Crafternoon

But one topic we are forever talking about is saving the pennies at your events. This means DIY and crafting to make decorations, party favours, invites, gifts – you name it! So when our Marketing assistant Zoe hosted a ‘Crafternoon’ with friends we had to share it with you guys too!

“Me and my good friend Emily decided to host ‘Crafternoon’ to give people the opportunity to learn new skills, meet new people, and to just have a nice, fun afternoon.” Zoe explains. “Emily is an up and coming Knitwear designer trying to boost her profile and get her name known, so we thought this would be a perfect opportunity to all blog about the day and spread the word about ‘Lost in Knit‘!”

“I made some paper tassel decorations, and some gift bags for everyone to take home their finished products.”

“Emily taught people macramé and some crochet techniques, whilst I got tangled up in threads trying to make bracelets! I’ll stick to paper craft I think!”
