Down with Love!
Everyone is feeling the love this February.
But we want to make sure no one is feeling left out or lonely this Valentines day. So along with our romantic party themes, we have put together an Anti-Valentines day bash for all the singletons, divorcees or people who don’t believe in sharing the love on this one day.
We have chosen some purple and black tableware to get you started on the buffet.
Create the ultimate backdrop for a photo booth with our shimmer curtains. Team up black and purple and drape our skull banner across for a dark and moody vibe!
Dress your room with plenty of Balloon displays!
Complete your decorations with Puffballs, fans and honeycomb balls. These are great for creating back drops for a feature wall. Bunting is always a winner at parties if you’re feeling a little uninspired.
Get crafty and create your very own pinata! Follow this simple DIY and build your very own heart shaped pinata. Use our crepe paper streamers to bring it into the theme – simply trim the edges to look like fringing and glue to your plain pinata base.
Don’t forget about the party food! If you’re handy in the kitchen, then our ready to roll marzipan is perfect for topping cupcakes! Using our heart shaped cookie cutters, stamp out heart shapes. Then cut them in half to look like a broken heart. You can use this technique on sandwiches, brownies, biscuits and much more too!
Complete the whole experience with a playlist made for all the singletons. We’re talking Beyonce – Ring on it, Pink – Blow me (One last Kiss), Fleetwood mac – Go your own way, and of course a bit of Taylor swift with ”We Are Never Getting Back Together”.
